1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using cranial-one.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Cranial One Studios Ltd.321 West Street, Cambridge, CB4 3YT (71104624).

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to restrict access if we have reason to believe a user is under 18.

3. No Real-Money Gambling

Cranial One is a free-to-play social entertainment platform. It does NOT constitute gambling under the Gambling Act 2005 or any other applicable legislation. No real money is wagered, no real money can be won, and no purchase of any kind is required or possible on the Site.

4. Virtual Currency

Data Coins and any other virtual tokens on the Site:

• Have no monetary value whatsoever.
• Cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
• Are provided solely for in-game entertainment purposes.
• May be reset at any time without notice.

Any accumulation of Data Coins confers no legal right, interest, or entitlement outside the game environment.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent, exploit, or manipulate the game logic.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Site.
• Misrepresent your age or identity.
• Reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Site without our written consent.
• Use the Site in a manner that disrupts or harms other users or the platform's infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Cranial One brand, Axiom mascot, game assets, text, and underlying code — is owned by or licensed to Cranial One Studios Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cranial One Studios Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed £100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as responsible-gambling support organisations). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
